She received her BFA in Radio-Television Education at University of Cincinnati and her MA in Communications from the University of Dayton. Several years passed both working at the agency and teaching part-time at Sinclair Community College. Then it became time to devote all of her efforts to the business in 1990. She has earned the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation. Pam handles most of the Commercial accounts, the accounting functions, and also handles Personal Lines accounts.

She is the mother of two, and the grandmother of four. She is also active with Dayton LaSertoma Club and Hospice of Dayton, and has served on the Oakwood Comprehensive Plan Committee and the Oakwood Public Facilities Task Force, in addition to numerous other community activities.
